PRODUCT RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thanks for your desire to purchase product from Got Hemp 2 – CBD Store.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within seven calendar days of initially receiving the product. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and without damage in any way.

After we receive your item, we will inspect your product and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during purchase, minus a 20% restocking fee. If you made your purchase with a credit card, it may take 5 to 10 business days for your refund to be credited.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If your item is damaged when you receive it, please call us immediately so we can quickly rectify the problem. Your damaged product will either be replaced or a refund issued back to you.

DAMAGED RETURNS

If the product is damaged in anyway when we receive it, or you have initiated the return after seven calendar days, you will not be eligible for a refund. If anything is unclear or you have more questions, feel free to contact us directly.
